Brenda Joseph
Managing Director

Brenda Joseph has been President and CEO of KBM Group, Inc. for over 17 years. She brings her extensive experience with collaborative technologies and information systems to the leadership of WebIQ. Ms. Joseph holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Raymond Bejarano
Vice President - Operations

As head of operations for WebIQ, LLC, Ray Bejarano oversees the coordination of all company services. He directs the setup, programming, and operation of WebIQ for local, remote, national, and global group meetings, workshops, and conferences. Mr. Bejarano has over 8 years of experience facilitating meetings using meeting enabling technology (Group Decision Support Systems) and 13 years as a Senior Facilitator.

Deserene Worsley
Director - Product Research & Promotions

Deserene Worsley is directs product research, promotions, and sales activities for WebIQ, LLC. Ms. Worsley has over 25 years experience working with information technology and over 5 years experience with the practical application of collaborative decision support technologies. Ms. Worsley holds a MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Computer Science from Duke University.

Cynthia Lemon
Director of Technology

Ms. Lemon provides technical guidance with respect to functionality and target environments for the WebIQ application. For over 20 years she has managed large-scale SAP implementations and Internet development. She has developed and supported distributed and real-time applications in both traditional client-server and web-enabled configurations. She holds a MS in Mathematics from New York University and a BA in Mathematics from Spelman College.

Bo Zimmerman
Development Manager

Bo has been the lead software engineer on the WebIQ platform since its inception in 1999. He graduated with honors with both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 1996, and has been developing applications for microcomputers for over 17 years.
