Patricia Caporaso- President and CEO

Patricia is the core owner of ynSyte. She is recognized as a global marketing and sales leader. She assumes the leadership position after more than 18 years of cutting edge innovation and counseling clients with a diverse set of marketing and sales management needs. Throughout her career Patricia has been a pioneer in research strategies and has worked both in the private and public sector on a broad range of research methodologies. Originally from Buenos Aires, Patricia has managed and advised regional businesses in Latin America, EMEA, Asia and North America. She resides in Alexandria, VA.

Raymond Bejarano- Director of Client Services

As head of operations for ynSyte, Ray oversees the integration of ynSyte’s broad technological capabilities with our clients’ diverse portfolio of needs. He directs the service initiation process, programming and operations of ynSyte’s local, remote, national and global networks. Ray’s deep facilitation experience includes more than 30 years and over 15 years of electronic experience collaborating with clients’ group meeting, workshop and conference needs in creating dynamic environments where clients’ discover information and knowledge that was unachievable before their ynSyte experience. Ray is the chief architect of the WebIQ system since 2002. Additionally, Ray is a senior facilitator who has taught more than 300 other facilitators on how to deliver the ynSyte (and WebIQ) methodology.
