ynSytetm Acquires Collaborative Decision Technology Leader; Announces Enhanced Collaborative Intelligence Engine Release

11/13/08 - Washington, DC….ynSyte, the world leader and pioneer in web-based knowledge chain management announced today the acquisition of WebIQ, the global leader in internet-based collaborative decision-making technology and an immediate $1mm investment in an upgrade of WebIQ’s proprietary next generation collaborative intelligence technology.

Patricia C. Caporaso, ynSyte’s President and CEO said, “ynSyte’s global leadership has been achieved by providing public and private sector clients with a proprietary process that allows them to create collaborative knowledge (the gathering, sharing and distribution of collaborative intelligence) that enables teams to reach deployable and measureable decisions quickly.  The acquisition of WebIQ dramatically expands our capability to allow our government, association and private sector clients mine new depths of individual and institution knowledge, share and transfer intelligence and reach a high-speed way to reach consensus and decisions.”

Industry Giant Bejarano joining ynSyte

Caporaso also announced that as part of the acquisition Ray Bejarano, WebIQ’s Vice President of Operations will be joining ynSyte in a similar capacity.  Bejarano is recognized worldwide as one of the innovative originators in the use of collaborative decision technology and as well as a creative force in the development of industry specific templates.  Bejarano added, “I am thrilled with the massive human capital, innovation and economic resources of ynSyte being infused into WebIQ’s engine and platform.  The present economic conditions that are causing some to cut back are actually a boon for ynSyte’s WebIQ tool because of the ability of 4.2 to mine organizations’ strengths to identify where hidden profits and unnecessary expenses are less visible.  The new industry/sector specific templates will prove to be enormously useful to our government, institutional and corporate clients.”

Caporaso also stated, “ynSyte’s customers challenge us daily with their changing needs.  The inclusion of WebIQ’s dynamic suite of forensic tools into our process only enables us to help them (ynSyte’s clients) find answers that sheds light on resolving their most challenging unanswered questions, seemingly unsolvable problems and providing a proprietary pathway for seeing into the rational, emotional and perceptional solutions that have historically confronted them.

January 2009 Introduction of WIQ 1.0 Announced

In making the acquisition, ynSyte also announced the January, 2009 introduction of WIQ 1.0, the world’s most powerful new knowledge transfer software. Caporaso said that more information would soon be released on WIQ 1.0 as well as another acquisition that is in the works.

ynSyte’s world headquarters is in Alexandria, Virginia. ynSyte was created to provide clients with an engine to drive collective and collaborative intelligence, collaborative decision-making and the exchange of strategically relevant knowledge.

WebIQ to Launch Release 4.2 in the Spring ‘07

2/05/07 - The latest release of WebIQ provides for the true integration of the WebIQ system into an organization’s environment by supporting the LDAP protocol.  The implementation of the LDAP protocol by the WebIQ system will not only provide for an active directory interface, but allows for authentication as well, thereby providing organizational users direct access to WebIQ without having to physically log into the system.

New storing procedures are also part of 4.2.  Advances in software technology now make it possible for WebIQ to offload all storing procedures to IIS, thereby freeing the system to strictly manage processes and minimize memory requirements.  This all translates to exponentially better performance, since stored procedures when executed, store an execution plan for speedier execution of future calls.  Furthermore, stored procedure calls reduce client server network traffic.  They provide for consistent safe data modification, while ensuring that access to database objects is both secure and uniform.
