You may disable Google Toolbar pop-up blocking by clicking on the Pop-Up blocker button which is just to the right of the Search button. Doing so will cause it to grey out.

You may disable Yahoo toolbar pop-up blocking by clicking on the Drop-down menu button which is to the right of the Search button on the Yahoo toolbar and then un-checking the pop-up blocker option.

You may disable MSN toolbar pop-up blocking by clicking on the Pop-Up Blocking button which is to the right of the options button on the MSN toolbar so that it reads: Pop-Ups allowed.

You may disable McAffee pop-up blocking by right-clicking on the McAffee icon by the clock on your Windows toolbar, and selecting Privacy Service. Then select Options, and then select the Block Ads tab that appears. Select allow ads, confirm, and then click Apply.

You may disable Norton pop-up blocking by opening the NIS tool, double click Ad Blocking, clicking on Disable Turn on Pop-up Window Blocking, and then clicking OK.

If you are unable to temporarily disable your pop-up suppression software and would like to participate in a session using your normal browser, please ensure that your screen resolution is set at a minimum to 1024 by 768 pixels and click here. Once you have accessed the login page, press your F11 key to place your browser into full screen mode. Using ynSyte's WebIQ in this way will result in a slightly smaller viewing area, but will still provide you with the full functionality of WebIQ.
